Inspired by fruit, hobnail glass, and ancient mediterranean pottery, the Rose Bunch Hobnail Vessel is a rotund, grape-bunch shaped vessel with curled leaf “handles” and mottled, rosy red glaze. The form is first sketched, then sculpted with adjustments made as it takes shape. The glaze is chosen after a series of experiments and tests. The final result is one-of-one.
